[So. Envy's here now. And Edward is now aware of several things: one, the homunculus' jealousy of humans; two, how he dies; and three, that he murdered Hughes.

And even with Envy's comment about not killing anyone, he understandably has doubts. Which is why, a day or so later, Edward is knocking on the door to the Hughes household, glancing around anxiously while trying not to look like he's anxious. This is going to be tricky.]

[When Ed knocks it is Winry who answers. She's either been at the smithy or at home lately. She smiles.]

Yeah, that's true. If it weren't for cooking all my lunches and most of my dinners back home I wouldn't have been ready for here.

Think she'd be proud? Or at least impressed?
