This post is for threading with Winry anytime and anywhere. It can be used for Action or the Ring feature on journals to get in contact with her for personal conversations.

I knew that! It was just... abrupt!

[Now he feels horribly flustered.

Oh wait, he was like that from the start.]

All right.

[She looks determined, mostly because it's better than being frustrated. Winry leans in as the cherry blossom petals continue to fall. Her lips press against his. She'll start slowly, and a bit more gentle this time.]

[Okay. Okay, this is... this is easier. He can get behind this. He'll return the kiss, trying not to overthink it but at the same time paying careful attention, because he's supposed to be getting a kissing lesson here. The result is probably a little awkward, but less so than before when he hadn't expected it.]

[Winry does all in her power to make it so their teeth don't bang into each other, or anything. She does happen to get a little taken in the moment, and becomes a bit forward. Her tongue slips into his mouth, and it brushes against his.]

[The tongue catches him off guard again, but he doesn't jerk back this time, pausing for a moment before he cautiously presses his own against hers. That's how you do it, right? Just kind of...

Weird. It's weird and wet and uncomfortable but...

...huh. Not bad? Actually, it's... kind of exciting.]

[She won't pressure him to keep it up too long. Winry pulls away. Her cheeks are flushed, and she's smiling at him.]

Yeah, kind of like that.

Whoa.]

[Aaaaand then comes the grin. Looks like someone had fun with it.]

...I told you I'd do it!

[Winry smiles. She'd tease him, but that grin captivates her. It warms her heart, and all she wants to do is wrap her arms around his neck, and be close to him.]

You're pretty talented, I knew you'd learn.

Heh heh. Feel free to give me another lesson any time, then.

[Well, if that isn't an ego boost, he doesn't know what is. And it's enough of a push to get him to wind an arm around her shoulders, tugging her close. Practice makes perfect, right? And maybe someday he'll get this boyfriend thing right.

She seems to be okay with letting him learn, at least- and that's all he can really ask for.]

[Ed's been back awhile, she's still... upset but not crushingly so (even if she really didn't get a ton of chances to talk with anyone about that) and thought tomorrow's their Sunday, double digits feels way too close to Valentines. Particularly given that Bil warned them.

...Sooo she'll be busting into the Smithy today and a large purse under her arm and a grin. If Winry isn't int he front she'll just ignore what's polite and hop the counter to get in back]

[Winry will definitely be in the back. She's hunched over her desk frustrated. All around her a crumbled up papers with drawings on them. Quickly she sketches a new diagram, but it's messy and the lines are to heavy pressed and dark for this to be any good.]

[Well then, to the back. She does feel awkward that she's invading Sokka or her Space like this, but she's being deliberate. So... once she's in, she goes to get behind Winry and tap her on the back of the head]

[She lets out a frustrated sigh, and pulls away from the paper.]

Hey.

Hey! Get your stuff, we're going to go have fun.

But today's Saturday.

And tomorrow's tempting fate; so what? The point is I want to spend time with you, I know you don't have any other plans this time of day, and we're going to go do something.

Well what are we going to do?

Well I'd like to go the bottom of the lakes, but I don't have enough stuff mastered to pull that off, so instead I figured we'd ice skate.

Ice skating sounds a lot better. Okay, I'll get my stuff ready.

[Winry stands, and kicks a pile of crumbled paper out of the way.]

Alright, good! And because I don't have ice skates on hand, we'll go pick some up at the item shop or clothing place, I'm sure they have some.

[And she takes a step back]

I might need a heavier outfit, though.

You don't have a coat?

[Like the fluffy white one she has on?]

[Going out and meeting people was hard enough on its own but he managed to slip away from his friends long enough to poke around the Smithy, check the place out. He was looking for a Rockbell, or an establishment who had a Rockbell.

Giving a glance around he wondered if he'd come to the right place? It certainly looked... well, he wasn't sure what he was expecting, really. Best to just find out and get this overwith.]

[When he walks in he'll find a woman in her early 20s rifling through a box of parts. Out of it she pulls a mechanical arm. The plating that hides the wires and inner skeleton is only half there, and a bit tarnished. One wouldn't be far from the truth if they guess it is an old model.
Immediately after Eugene speaks the blonde woman picks her head up to look at him. She pulls her goggles off her face, and lets them hang around her neck.]
