[His eyes widen at her sudden laughter, and he frowns, feeling a slight blush cross his cheeks.]

So who do you think the girl is that it mentions?

How should I know? It doesn't even mention a name. For all I know it could be you.

[Huff. He pockets the card, glad to get it out of sight.]

[She looks at her own card for a while before pocketing her own card. The girl then takes a few steps forward to get into his space. She wonders if she can make him back up into a wall.]

Well we do seem to be living together.

[Uh. What is she doing? He holds his ground at first, then takes a cautious step back, baffled.]

I don't think we should be jumping to conclusions, here. We need to know more!

Why wouldn't it work on pandas? That doesn't make sense.
